The Science Bus
CWBR, in collaboration with partner Athénée Action Humanitaire, has introduced a Science Bus Project, to further expand the successful initiative of environmental educational programmes which has taken out over 3000 children and young adults over the last five years.
A chance to get involved first-hand
Once a year, one donor will be chosen to visit South Africa, for a period of up to a month. During this time the CWBR will host them, to visit the projects, get involved, and see first-hand how the funding is being used responsibly. We will then ask them to give an independent report back to the other funders on their findings.
During this time they will also visit many attractions and activities in the Western Cape, from big Game Lodges to arid landscapes.
