The Old Sewerage Works waiting for great ideas:
When the new Franschhoek Sewerage Works was commissioned the old one was closed down. So what does one do with it now?
This was the purpose of the workshop held at Rickety Bridge Winery on the 13, April. It was organised by Western Cape Government, represented by Jason Mingo, who heads up the project. They have in turn have asked Shannon Royden Turner and Claire Janisch, from BiomimicrySA to facilitate the process.Add a comment

During my last year in school, I had to take a decision which way to go after my exams. I had a small idea in which direction to go on, but I wasn’t really sure about the exact topic to study. The idea of volunteering came on my last year of studies in Brussels (Bachelor in special education). I was in the international class, and had the chance to hear from my colleagues about all sorts of stories from all around the world. By then I only had the chance to discover my profession in 3 European countries (Belgium/ Brussels; France/Paris and Luxembourg). That's when I started my research.
